Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting
Minutes
January 12, 2015
Present: Colleen Giffin, Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, Margaret Warner, Trustees; Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Ron moved and Colleen seconded adoption of the agenda as amended. Adopted unanimously.
Margie moved and Ron seconded adoption of the November minutes. Adopted unanimously.
Ron presented the budget documents for 2014 as well as the projected 2015 budget. Colleen moved and Steve seconded adoption of the Treasurer’s Report. Adopted unanimously.
Kathy submitted the Library Director’s Report. The Festival of Trees was an outstanding success once again drawing attendees from all over the region and the state.
Rom moved and Colleen seconded approval of the December expenses ($168 for open house and $250 for staff recognition). Adopted unanimously.
The hearing on the Town budget will take place February 9,2015 at 7:00 p.m.
The Trustees voted that the Library will not host private gatherings. Adopted unanimously.
Kathy reported on the nature of the relationship between the Tuttle Library and the Antrim Historical Society.
Steve moved and Ron seconded adjournment. Adopted unanimously.
Next Meeting: Trustees will attend the February 9th budget meeting. There will be an additional meeting at the discretion of the Chair.
